All Fields Hitting Baseball Academy is the training facility founded by former Major league player/coach Bruce Fields and his sons, Aaron Fields (Cleveland Guardians) and Daniel Fields (Detroit Tigers). Through our experience, we understand the needs and struggles that players face as they navigate their baseball and softball journeys.
Process for Reaching Full Potential
We have a tried and tested development process that has helped 1000s of players reach their full potential. We take a holistic approach that focuses on both the physical AND mental aspects of playing and practicing. While most coaches focus strictly on the physical, we believe the mental is equally important and arms players with the tools to be good in both areas.
