For over 40 years, Bruce Fields refined a methodology inside Major League Baseball.
Drafted by the Detroit Tigers in 1978, Bruce played 14 professional seasons across five organizations — including time in the big leagues with the Tigers and Mariners. He won three minor league batting titles along the way.
After his playing career, Bruce served as MLB Hitting Coach for the Detroit Tigers under Alan Trammell, and later as MLB Hitting Coach for the Cleveland Indians. He also managed in the Tigers organization for eight seasons and was twice named Midwest League Manager of the Year.
That career — as a player, a Major League hitting coach, and a minor league manager — is the foundation of The Fields Hitting System.

5 players per group | 75 min sessions
Structured sessions built around the 5 Areas of Hitting. Strike zone recognition, setting a quality approach, and situational hitting. Tee work, front toss, and cage work. Competitive environment with players in the same age group.

Video analysis on day one to establish a baseline. Dynamic warm-up, arm strength and activation exercises each session. Throwing program and bullpen work on the mound. Focus on mechanics and command while maintaining arm health. Ages 12–14: Secondary pitch development. High School: Rapsodo pitch tracking.

Actually, you need a 'Love it' button. The hands on, intentional training my son has received in his 1st 3 lessons is the best he's ever had. Will definitely be back!
