Summer Pitching Groups with Coach Tyler Tompson
5-week summer training program designed to supplement an individuals throwing during the season. The first training session for each group (either Monday OR Tuesday) will be a lighter training day, while the second training day (Wednesday OR Thursday) will be a heavier training day.
The daily schedule will vary day-to-day, week-to-week, but will consist of the following:
- Foam Roll / Corrective Exercises
- Dynamic Warm-Up / Medicine Ball Training
- Arm Prep Exercises / Plyo Throwing (for those deemed ready)
- Throwing – bullpens, secondary pitch development, command, etc.
- Arm Care Exercises / Cool down
Youth Pitching Groups (10-13U):
Group 1: 2x/Week = Mondays & Wednesdays
Time: 9:30am-10:45am
Group 2: 2x/Week = Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 9:30am-10:45am
High School Pitching Groups:
Group 1: 2x/Week = Mondays & Wednesdays
Time: 10:45am-12pm
Group 2: • 2x/Week = Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 10:45am-12pm
