Baseball Pitching Program
We are excited to announce our summer pitching program with Coach Tyler Tompson!
When: June 20-July 29 (6 weeks)
Days/Times: Monday- Wednesday (9:30am-12pm)Thursday (Optional): 9:30am-10:45am
Included with the summer training program:
- 3 scheduled training sessions per week (Monday-Wednesday) + Optional Thursday sessions
- Intensity will increase throughout week: (Monday = light/recovery, Tuesday = Moderate/medium, Wednesday = prep/”primer”) +Thursday (short, optional day)
- Rapsodo data tracking and Video analysis
- Individualized in season throwing plan
- Mental game training
- Strength & conditioning workouts Mondays & Wednesdays

- In season arm health & durability
- Flexibility & mobility
- In season strength & stamina
- Mechanical efficiency
- Improve fastball and off-speed pitches
